You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, provide accurate registration information, and keep your login credentials private. One account per person. LynxConnect will never ask you for your password, PIN, or banking credentials.

You are responsible for the content you post, the messages you send, and all activity under your account. You agree to follow applicable law and any facility rules that apply to your communications, and to keep your contact details current.

• No harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeted abuse.
• No impersonation, fraud, scams, or misleading claims.
• No sharing another member's private information without consent.
• No contraband, illegal goods, or content that infringes copyright.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent account termination.

• Users must opt in before receiving text messages from LynxConnect.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
• Reply HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. Messages are limited to account verification, security alerts, customer support, service notifications, and account updates.

Paid memberships renew for the stated billing period until cancelled. You may cancel future billing at any time from your billing page. Fees already charged for delivered service are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

LynxConnect is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost data, profits, or communications. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

LynxConnect is not a law firm, and Peer Legal Support Advocates are not licensed attorneys. Nothing on the platform is legal advice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York.
